Job Title:  Application Lab - Intern 

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and evaluating functional ingredient blends for food applications.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory trials for categories including dairy beverages, ice cream, bakery premixes, sweetener blends, batter & coating systems, and other customized food solutions.
• Prepare formulations, samples, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Document trial results, formulations, and technical records accurately.
• Support sample preparation and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams for raw material and sample management.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with good laboratory practices.

Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in food product development and hands-on laboratory work.
• Good documentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
