Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Systems & Transactional Accuracy

• End-to-End Ownership: Execute and supervise all system-based transactions for product receiving, picking, and dispatch.

• Data Integrity: Verify delivery documentation to ensure a 100% tally between physical stock and system records.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain productivity standards by supervising shipment records and preparation activities.

3PL Coordination & Execution

• Provider Oversight: Lead the 3PL team in high-quality picking, relabeling, and debagging.

• Logistics Alignment: Oversee staging and vehicle inspections for safety, cleanliness, and damage prevention.

• Inventory Flow: Enforce strict lead times and FEFO/FIFO protocols for timely dispatch.

Quality, Safety & Governance

• Compliance Monitoring: Manage temperature controls and ensure all operations adhere to WMS and IMS standards.

• Value-Added Services: Quality-check all physical tasks, including packing, refilling, and mixing.

• Audit Representation: Represent the company during customer and regulatory audits.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Incident Resolution: Record customer complaints and collaborate with Quality Management on NCAR discussions and corrective actions.

• Training: Conduct Good Warehousing Practice (GWP) training for 3PL staff.

• Supply Chain Support: Provide auxiliary support for Regulatory and Import tasks to ensure business continuity.

About the Role

This post acts as the operational liaison between internal Supply Chain functions and the 3PL warehouse provider. This role is responsible for the systemic integrity of all inbound and outbound transactions within JDE/WMS while managing the 3PL’s physical execution to ensure it aligns with corporate quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Job Requirements

• Must be a College graduate or technical course or other equivalent relevant training
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehousing, specifically in transport management
• Background in logistics and warehouse coordination
• Familiarity of chemical handling protocols
• Audit exposure is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of GWP procedures is a must
