Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Taipei Taiwan

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative receives, processes and fulfils customer orders, with the highest possible level of efficiency and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive sales orders via email, fax or Sales Rep to verify item, volume, price and timeline.
2. Check inventory status, prepare shipping documents and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely and correct delivery.
3. Request for the modification for customer master file.
4. Process GUI in JDE as well as prepare related documents per customer’s request to mail timely and efficiently.
5. Maintain billing files in accordance with company standard.
6. Monitor inventory consumption to advice Sales Rep proactively.
7. Reconcile and prepare payment requisition for warehouse rent, handling and delivery fees.
8. Handle customer’s complaints.
9. Make proper inventory adjustment or reclassification.

Skills

• 有化學品產業工作經驗者優先考慮
• 熟悉 Word、Excel及JD Edwards 等管理系統
• 良好的溝通和團隊合作能力，積極主動
• 具備分析和優先排序能力，能夠在時間壓力下同時處理多項任務。

Job Requirements

• Familiar with chemicals distribution will be an advantage
• Knowledge of operations and key factors impacting an integrated supply chain process
• Familiar with country transportation regulations & requirements
• PC skills with an emphasis on spreadsheets and data base programs. Well versed in MS Office software – ie. Ms-Word, Ms-Excel
• Familiarity with enterprise management system like SAP or J D Edwards.
• Good communication & team work skills – oral & written
• Organization, analytical & prioritization skills – able to multi-task under time pressure.
• Proactive customer service mindset
• Ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups proactively and effectively
