About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and operating PHC lab for Caldic Taiwan office through a combination of sales support, marketing activities and technical support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Sales with various documentation requests or inquiries from customers.
• Assist Sales in handling internal paperwork coordination and administrative task.
• Assist the Team by ingredients testing and formulating prototype samples.
• Ensuring laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Work together with Sales department in the country for better market intelligence.
• Literatures and product brochures translation.
• Clarifying and documenting all test methods and procedures, and demonstrations in order to communicate with the Team/Suppliers.
• Support preparation of product launch materials, success stories and technical applications concepts.

Skills

Individual Contributor:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Technical proficiency in industry-specific tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Chemistry, Pharmacy and Cosmetic related field.
• 2-4 years of working experience in technical support in PHC.
• Good team spirit.
• Strong technical knowledge (Product/Formula Application)
• Related certificates.
• Strong analytical skills
• Work systematically.
• Familiar with test program and test software
• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English in oral and written.
• Fully familiar with windows office.
