Sales Support
About the Role
As a key member of Caldic’s Food and Nutrition (FNN) team, you will drive business growth by ensuring smooth coordination across sales, supply chain, and finance, while providing expert product guidance and outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Caldic’s presence and impact in the FNN market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales orders and key account managers with documentation, including COA, specification sheets, and Halal/food-related compliance requirements.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer database.
- Coordinate with supply chain, regional planners, commercial team, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and forecast planning.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers and commercial teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues (e.g., product damage, leakage, color changes, denting, paneling).
- Support the Head of Department and sales team with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized sales documentation, supplier information, and shared records.
- Serve as point of contact for key customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product samples during salesperson absences.
- Assist with sales meetings, innovation days, workshops, and joint customer-supplier visits.
Skills
Job Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and coordination abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Power BI, Dynamics, Agile Point).
- Solid product knowledge relevant to Food and Nutrition.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
