About the Role

As a key member of Caldic’s Food and Nutrition (FNN) team, you will drive business growth by generating sales and building strong customer relationships. Leveraging phone, email, online meetings, and leads from MS Dynamics, you will support the commercial team in identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing orders—all without the need for field visits. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination across sales, supply chain, and finance, while providing expert product guidance and outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Caldic’s presence and impact in the FNN market.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, or leads from Dynamics.
▪ Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
▪ Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
▪ Support sales orders with documentation, including COA, specification sheets, and Halal/food-related compliance requirements by the customers.
▪ Maintain accurate CRM records and customer database.
▪ Coordinate with supply chain, regional planners, commercial team, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and planning to the transactional customers.
▪ Provide product information and technical support to customer.
▪ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues (e.g., product damage, leakage, color changes, denting, paneling).

Skills

Job Requirements

▪ Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
▪ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▪ Excellent organizational, administrative, and coordination abilities.
▪ Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results.
▪ High attention to detail and accuracy.
▪ Familiarity with CRM software (Power BI, Dynamics, Agile Point).
▪ Solid product knowledge relevant to Food and Nutrition.
▪ Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
▪ Effective time management and prioritization skills.
