About the Role

If Individual Contributor: Sets own mid-term objectives and performs activities in order to achieve results. Employee has a broad theoretical knowledge and extensive experience within the own job area. Activities require thorough analysis and alignment with others within and outside the job area. Suggests improvement on current processes and coaches/reviews less experienced employees.

If Managerial: Supervises operational activities by setting day-to-day objectives. Ensures that operational activities are performed according to guidelines and day-to-day objectives are achieved. Employee has a broad theoretical knowledge and extensive experience within the own job area. Manages issues that are typically guided by guidelines and require analysis in order to be solved.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor

• Execute specialized tasks with a high degree of expertise.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives.

Managerial

• Supervise daily team operations and ensure task completion.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior employees.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Skills

Individual Contributor

• Proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Managerial:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to assess team performance and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
