About the Role
Leads the company in developing, implementing, and executing health, safety and environmental policies and programs. Ensures the organization is compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to the import and distribution of chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QHSE policies and record of relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliant to QHSE regulations and standards through, monitoring, Training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations but not limited to.
- Lead & Manage QHSE systems and coordinate with both external and internal parties to succeed Certification process.
- Identify areas of Improvement in QHSE performance. Propose new initiatives and cost effective solution to enhance company QHSE systems.
- To control and assess performance of company to be in line with QHSE project, plan, procedure or regulation at work and coordinate with all employees in workplace.
- Promote and encourage Safety Culture following to company safety policy through training, communication and safety activities.
- Regularly Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses of organization to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and submit reports to supervisor & management.
- To investigate and analyze the cause of accident, injury or annoyance caused by working of the employees and report the result of the investigation, together with suggesting resolution, promptly to the employer.
- Develop Master plan record, organize execution and oversee PM & RM activities for all safety tools and equipment in all workplaces.
- Correspondences with commercial and functional team to communication QHSE relevance to external parties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in environmental management and safety management system or related fields
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good skill in writing reports to Labor department / related entity
- Strong leadership skills to drive safety, Environmental and quality improvements.
- Knowledge in Quality& HSSE law & regulations (ISO9001, 14001, 45001, OSHA, NFPA)
- Have certificate training in safety term such as Confined Space, Radiation, Hazardous Chemical controller is an advantage e.g. Trained safety officer in accordance with Ministerial Regulation BE.2549 under Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 Re: Occupational Safety of Employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems and corrective / improvement actions for implementation
