Payroll Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who is comfortable with the core payroll routine but also enjoys a role with variety. In this role, you’ll manage payroll across multiple entities, ensure compliance, and help us improve processes as we grow. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to projects that shape the future of payroll at Caldic.

Key Responsibilities

• Run payroll using SuccessFactors and YouServe, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle employee queries and manage benefits such as mobility programs and tax rulings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless payroll experience.
• Coordinate UWV submissions (WAZO), SER diversity reporting, and IFRS deferred payment reporting.
• Manage invoicing and administration with insurance and pension providers.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure consistent service quality and performance.
• Lead payroll improvements, system integrations, and compliance activities, including audit preparation and process optimization.
• Adapt to new processes, systems, and regulations in a fast-changing environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Over 10 years of experience in payroll administration, ideally in a multi-entity setting.
• Comfortable with change and eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and YouServe is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of Dutch labor law and tax regulations.
• Experience working in project environments, including participation in cross-functional teams and/or leading a workstream, is considered a nice-to-have.
