OneStream Administrator - Finance & Controlling

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled OneStream Administrator with a strong background in financial controlling to manage, optimize, and support our enterprise performance management platform. This role bridges technical system administration with deep financial insight, ensuring OneStream is aligned with business needs, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

OneStream Administration

  • Maintain and configure OneStream applications, workflows, and metadata
  • Manage user access, security roles, and license allocations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and integrations with IT
  • Support data loads, validations, and cube views

 

Financial Controlling

  • Collaborate with Controlling and FP&A teams to align reporting structures
  • Ensure accurate mapping of accounts, entities, and cost centers
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and AOP processes within OneStream
  • Validate financial data and assist in variance analysis
  • Contribute to quarterly true-ups and accruals

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement license governance framework and quarterly reviews
  • Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and audit trails
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
  • Liaise with auditors and provide system evidence when required

  • Ability to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
  • 3+ years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream (administration or implementation)
  • Strong understanding of consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting hierarchies
  • Familiarity with XBRL/iXBRL tagging and SBR filing preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS 365 and JD edwards) and data governance tools preferred
