About the Role

Caldic Europe, a fast-growing global provider of food ingredients, specialty chemicals, and solutions, is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Intern to join our international marketing team in Rotterdam.

Our marketing team focuses on marketing strategy, lead generation, digital engagement, and brand positioning, and  across Europe. As our Marketing Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing website content, sales enablement and assisting with CRM system maintenance and data analysis. This internship provides an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic and international B2B environment, contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Maintain and update website content in the CMS to ensure accuracy and engagement.
• Support sales enablement through content, tools, and marketing materials.
• Support CRM system maintenance, data entry, and performance analysis using Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on content creation

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and CRM systems.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing data.
• Interest in B2B marketing operations and campaign execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
