What You'll Do

• HR Support: Help maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support various HR initiatives.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Help us find the best talent by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Assist in welcoming new employees with smooth, organized onboarding.
• Learning & Development Coordination: Get involved in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• HR Projects: Tackle exciting projects that enhance our HR processes and culture.
• Daily HR Operations: Be a go-to resource for employees' inquiries and support the team on all things HR.

What We're Looking For

Passion for Human Resources and a desire to learn.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational ninja with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• A sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential info.
