We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our Global Communications team, with a primary focus on video content creation for both internal and external channels. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping compelling visual storytelling within an international business environment.

As a Global Communications Intern, you will support the development and production of video content that brings our strategy, people, and capabilities to life. For internal communications, you will help create interview-style videos featuring subject matter experts, functional leaders, and project champions, highlighting strategic programs, key initiatives, and progress updates. For external channels, you will contribute to showcasing our capabilities across markets and developing engaging content that supports our employer branding by spotlighting our people and culture.

In this role, you will

• Support the creation of compelling video content to enhance our storytelling
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and regions gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic topics and senior leadership
• Help craft video stories that align with our brand narrative, reinforce our corporate positioning and resonate across diverse audiences, enabling you to develop a portfolio of professional video content
• Contribute to video production projects with third parties, including scripting, storyboarding, and assisting with video production and editing
• Bring out-of-the-box thinking to identify impactful storytelling angles that elevate our global presence

Who we're looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a media design or AV specialist study, or a related field

• You have strong storytelling skills, with a keen interest in content creation and messaging

• You bring a creative mindset and a proactive approach to engaging with colleagues across functions and cultures

• You have basic knowledge of video production management processes (e.g., scripting, filming, editing) and/or a willingness to learn

• You have experience working with video editing platforms

• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to contribute
