Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

Performs operational activities based on achieving operational objectives of the own job. Employee has theoretical knowledge and experience within the own job area. Activities require analysis and some alignment with others within the job area.

How will this role contribute to the company's success?

• Observe and diagnose plant equipment and its lubrication requirement
• Configuration of customer machineries to integrate and ensure continues operation of the plant using company offered products.
• Support in installation and transition of lubrication system following company's solution.
• Project coordination and documentation as needed
• Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve possible malfunctions, and assess the need for solution integration/reconfigurations. 
• Analyze complex customer data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support operational efficiency and business processes.
• Assist in developing and improving workflows.
• Ad hoc record management and reporting relative to progress of the project, maintenance, day-to-day, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong familiarity to plant and machineries operation and maintenance
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Technical proficiency in industry-specific tools.

What makes you fit for this role?

• 4+ years of experience in to plant operation control, plant maintenance and equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng'g,Chemical Eng'g, Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is an advantage.
• Possesed with skills in communicating with commercial team and external customers
