Key Account Manager
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
About the Role:
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager located in Metro Manila. The position will be responsible for managing customer accounts, fostering and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products and services solutions. It also involved tracking and analyzing account metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing and analyzing reports on account status, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in account management in the food industry and related fields;
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in using CRM software and adept in analyzing reports;
- Collaborative working approach with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders;
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, a plus factor
- Experience and network in the chemical distribution industry will be a priority.
