Job Title: Commercial Support / Samples Coordinator

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Work Arrangement: [Onsite/Hybrid/Remote]

About the Role

The successful hiree is expected to provide operational and administrative support to the commercial team on activities in accordance with the general guidelines and aimed at achieving short and long-term objectives. He/she must have some work experience and knowledge of chemical distribution or related industries. A solid experience in business analytics as well as marketing management will be an added advantage. The role also includes the consolidation, requisition and monitoring of product samples in support of the commercial team.   

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis to support business functions.
• Support team coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project management and process improvements.
• Coordinates requirements of suppliers for accreditation 
• Prepare reports and presentations on business unit performance
• Consolidates product sample requests and monitor distribution to customers

Skills

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and methodologies (CRM, Power BI, Excel, Data management, etc.)
• Degree-holder of any business-related course.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional communication skills. 

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, sales and, vendor management
• Bachelor's degree major in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
• Exposure to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Comfortable working with foreign nationals
