Job Title: Applications Development Specialist

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role

The role will be responsible for driving innovation in various food product formulation and development to meet customer needs and elevate our brand. The role includes enhancing existing products, pioneering new applications, and ensuring precise documentation of lab-scale trials—all to give our company a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tests or experiments, recording results, keeping logs and sorting through materials used in laboratory processes.
• Generating new product recipes, improving/ modifying existing recipes according to customer requirements. 
• Duties may include cleaning and organizing a laboratory, preparing / requesting samples and ensuring that equipment and raw materials are readily available. 
• Provide technical assistance to clients. 
• Writing trial reports. 
• Conduct inventory of supplies, ingredients and equipment.
• Complies with QEMS Standards.
• Performs other related functions as required by superiors and or the Company's authorized representatives.
  
  

Skills

• Recognized Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Food technology or any related course.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same role 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written (English) communications and presentation skills.
