Cleanroom Operator

About the Role

This role is for an evening shift role from 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday to Friday.

The cleanroom Operator is responsible for performing pharameceutical repacking, weighing and filling operations and associated cleanroom activies in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 

The role supports the safe, efficient and compliant execution of customer repackaging projects while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, accuracy and documentation. The Cleanroom Operator contributes to the successful operation of the cleanroom environment through adherence to procedures, completion of operational records and effective collaboration with Production, Quality and Warehouse teams.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to quality and compliance, and the ability to work effectively within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and Processing of Repackaging Materials
• Adhere to strict GMP Guidelines.
• Document job tasks as required on the Batch Record (BR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document or other acceptable form(s)
• Provide input into the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records.
• Assist in facility start up, installation and validation activities to support the introduction of new products.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level in the production area i.e. the cleanroom.
• Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Skills

• Ability to work independently, and/or as a member of a team in a dynamic, environment that requires flexibility and initiative.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Previous cleanroom experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
