Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive/ Customer Service

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 

Work Arrangement: onsite

Key Responsibilities

Purchase / Procurement -

• Purchase Order generation in JD Edwards software
• Complete the PO receipt process
• Communicate and update the suppliers with the required information promptly.
• Handling total correspondence on purchase end.
• Material Planning
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders(Suppliers , Internal SCM team , Sales & business, to provide updates on material availability, in-transit & ETA ETD
• Closing the end-to-end loop with effective communication & system updates.
• Maintain accurate purchase documentation, vendor records, and audit compliance.
• Coordination with imports team to know the shipment status.

Customer Service / Invoicing  

• Processing sales orders,
• Attend to customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
• Sending Payment reminders and following up for payments.
• Informing dispatch details of the order and keep a track of delivery
• Co-ordinating with customers for fresh orders & sales support follow up.
• Preparing Proforma Invoice
• Gathering appropriate information from customers to create Customer master
• Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
• Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager

Skills

•  Bachelor’s degree
•  Minimum 5-7 years of similar working experiences / worked in chemical distribution industry 
•  Fluency in spoken and written English.
•  Possess strong MS Office skills.
•  Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
