R&D Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our Food & Nutrition Blending Lab. The intern will support the formulation and development team in carrying out experimental work, analyzing raw materials, and assisting in daily laboratory operations. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food formulation, product development, and analytical evaluation in a professional lab environment.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist in routine and preparatory work for formulation trials.
• Support in preparing larger batches of optimized formulations.
• Evaluate raw material (RM) properties and document findings in detail.
• Conduct basic laboratory analytical activities and maintain accurate test records.
• Coordinate and follow up for raw material arrangements and other day-to-day lab requirements.
• Ensure proper sample labeling, documentation, and inventory maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Support the R&D team in data compilation, reporting, and trial analysis

Qualifications 

•  B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Science, or related field.
•  0-1 year of experience in related field
•  Basic understanding of food formulation and analytical techniques.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on lab environment.
