Job Title: QHSE Specialist

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• QMS Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO, FSSAI, and other applicable standards.
  
  
• Certification Process: Lead and manage the certification process for ISO, FSSAI, Ecovadis (Gold) and other relevant certifications, ensuring timely compliance
  .
• Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
  
  
• Vendor Audits: Oversee vendor audits and supplier qualification programs to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
  .
• Training & Leadership: Provide training and guidance to the quality team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality initiatives.
  
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of industry’s best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging quality standards to ensure compliance.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001; FSSAI certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving abilities, and experience in ISO and FSSAI standards implementation & Ecovadis Certification (Gold)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
