Production Supervisor

About the Role

We are currently looking for technically qualified Production Supervisor to manage Production & related activities on Shop-Floor at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and efficient plant management

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for  end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
• Handle recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Handle plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
• Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
• Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.
• Responsible for Housekeeping, cleanliness & upkeep of Production Floors & equipments

Job Requirements

• ITI or Diploma Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
• Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
• Hands On person capable of managing end-to-end production functions & directly operating equipments & processes..
