About the Role

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Blending Plant located in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining plant efficiency through effective preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all maintenance & operations activities for the plant’s machinery, utilities, and support systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC & Cooling systems, besides plant & process equipments, etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all maintenance and repair tasks.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Manage maintenance records and reports as per the Company norms & process.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
• Oversee operations of key common equipment like HVAC, Chiller plants, Air & Water Distribution Systems, Fire & Safety related systems, Generators, etc.

Skills

•  ITI / Diploma in Machinery or Mechanical / Electrical streams.
• Minimum 5–6 years in plant maintenance and supervision in a Life science, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Nutrition, or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience with production and blending machinery.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and CMMS software.
