About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage the reception desk, handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability.
Administration Support:
- Handle daily administrative tasks as assigned by the HR/Admin department.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors whenever required.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the front office area.
Travel Management :
- Should have prior experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for top management
Courier Management:
- Manage inward and outward couriers, deliveries, and dispatches.
- Record all courier movements and ensure timely distribution to the respective departments.
Hospitality & Visitor Support:
- Arrange and order meals/refreshments for visitors, meetings, and internal events.
- Assist in coordinating travel-related arrangements if needed
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic documentation and filing work.
- Support office events and admin activities.
- Work with Clients to drive the activities smoothly and accurately.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Front desk operations, Billing, bulk booking and support PAN India Sales for travel arrangement
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
- Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Relevant experience in similar role is must
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken
- Good Excel Skills
- Ability to co-ordinate with multiple departments
- Excellent Customer service and hunger to deliver the best
