About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in driving financial accuracy, strengthening controls, and partnering with the business to deliver insights that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
- Lead and support monthly close activities, including journal entries and OneStream uploads
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with group timelines
- Prepare and support annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Audit, Compliance & Controls
- Support statutory audits and regulatory filings, including preparation of schedules and working papers
- Oversee internal financial controls (IFCR) and internal audit requirements
- Assist in transfer pricing certification and tax reporting (OneStream module)
Business & Regional Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports to regional teams and internal stakeholders
- Respond to queries and provide financial insights and clarifications
Intercompany & Cash Flow Management
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of differences
- Prepare and monitor budgeted vs actual cash flow reports
Master Data & Systems
- Oversee customer, vendor, and item master data; resolve queries and liaise with business teams
- Support financial systems (JDE preferred) and process improvements
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business and functional leaders to support decision-making through analytics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, consultants, and advisors
- Support company secretarial activities as needed
Skills

A hands-on finance professional who combines technical expertise with business acumen—someone who can not only ensure compliance and accuracy but also add value through insights, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years post-qualification experience
- Strong financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Experience with JDE (preferred, not mandatory)
