Job Title: Finance -Intern

Location: Mumbai, Mahalakshmi

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration : 10-12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting stakeholders across business/Supply Chain/Finance to create and maintain Customer, Vendor and Item masters
• Ensure customer/vendor masters hygiene through review of redundant/duplicate/dormant codes, payment term and credit limit rationalization
• Ensure clean and updated masters to enable compliance with various applicable statutory requirements such as MSME, TDS, GST
• Updating price list in JDE based on due approvals
• Act as a single point of contact for query resolutions pertaining to Customers/vendors/items by liaising with stakeholders, regional IT and MDM teams
• Ensure compliance with regional requirements in terms of Delegation of Authorities/ KYC_KYS policy requirements and any other control requirements as prescribed
• Support ad hoc regional projects/ efficiency initiatives related to Master Data Maintenance (MDM) function
• Support internal/statutory/group audits so far as it relates to MDM
• Support Finance Managers in ad hoc MIS/ data processing tasks

Skills

• Proficient in Advance Excel 
• Strong  problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills
• Candidate must be proactive and solution oriented
• Should be able to work under demanding timelines and challenging requirements
• Must possess good interpersonal and team working skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying control gaps 

Job Requirements

1. B.com/ M.com
2. Minimum of  2-3 years of experience .
3. Proficient in MS Office-Excel/Word/Outlook
4. Experience of working on JDE is an added advantage, though not mandatory
