Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mumbai, Mahalaxmi
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate order execution.
- Receiving, processing, and, in certain cases, vetting customer orders and related information for accuracy.
- Ensuring correctness of delivery timelines, pricing, quantities, and order status for approximately 450–500 orders per month.
- Attending to customer orders, enquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with customers for fresh orders and sales support follow-ups.
- Informing dispatch details of orders and tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Facilitating Sales personnel with critical order and invoice-related information.
- Managing communication with 55–60 key customers regarding orders, lot details, deliveries, and related queries.
- Preparing Proforma Invoices and supporting documentation.
- Gathering appropriate information and documents from customers for Customer Master creation.
- Coordinating with Imports and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely goods receipt and invoicing.
- Maintaining repositories of order records, commitment records, back-order reports, and open-order reports for routine tracking and future reference.
- Providing process improvement inputs and operational support to the CSR Lead.
- Working in close coordination with the Sales Team, Warehouse, Logistics Manager, and Business Manager to ensure smooth customer servicing and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4-5 years of similar working experiences
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Possess strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
