Job Title: Business Analyst / Commercial Support Executive

Location: Mumbai, Mahalakshmi

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• The Business / Data analyst will work with Senior Business Managers in the organization and accommodate their needs for business reporting from the company’s Business Intelligence Platform (MicroStrategy).
• The analyst will also work with raw data and take inputs from business to present it in a meaningful and useful format.
• The resource supports 5 business verticals and at least 10 users.
• Will support Microsoft Dynamics reporting to sales team and Business heads
• The person will also be the resource in charge of maintaining data sanctity and integrity of the company’s users of ERP software (Oracle – JD Edwards).
• While the ERP is run, managed and maintained by the Global team, the resource will have local responsibility to ensure smooth functioning, and overall problem solving for local users as and when needed.
• Candidates who may not have worked specifically on Microstrategy or Oracle /JDE but any other software / BI platform is ok. Strong tech skills and experience in working with any ERP.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate should be from Maths & IT background.
• Experience of about 6-8 years as a business / data analyst.
• Strong analytical skills, inherent interest in data and making sense of it and a passion for business with perhaps a thought to move over to business side if any interests Self-starter, strong analytical background.
• Experience working with data extracting 
• Ability / experience of working with raw data for data massaging and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to understand the business needs and support as required.
