Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Minimum experience of 5–6 years in Direct and Indirect Taxation with knowledge of Income Tax, TDS and GST regulations
• Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates
• Preparation of details for tax assessments
• Handling tax audits, departmental queries and tax notices
• Reconciliation of Form 26AS
• Preparation & filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
• Reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B
• Knowledge of advance tax.

• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Technical proficiency in industry-specific tools.

Managerial:

• Leadership skills with experience in team coordination.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff members.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
