Job Title: Account Manager/ Sales Manager -Industrial paints segment

Location: Mumbai, Mahalaxmi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Annual & Monthly Sales Plan and ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues as per targets for West Region.
• Will be responsible for Sales & Business Development of Industrial paints in West Region.
• Maintain assigned key customers and product line to maximize sales and meet divisional goals.
• Directly handle sales to major accounts, in association with Industry Manager at set Sales prices.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
• Fill project pipeline
• Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
• Day to day management of activity of sales team in alignment to short term targets in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate should be a B. Tech in Paints or Chemical or Chemistry Graduate.
2. Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
3. Overall 8+ years of experience in sales, business development of Industrial Paints (B2B)
4. Strong network of business contacts within the industry and should be bringing in established contacts with research and purchase team of major customers.
5. Proven track record in business development / commercialisation.
