About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Management Specialist to join our FP&A & Revenue Management team. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Commercial, driving pricing effectiveness, revenue growth, and margin optimization across Canada and the USA.
You will play a key role in strengthening pricing governance, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and FP&A processes.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy
- Execute and optimize pricing across resale products, blends, and custom formulations, ensuring alignment with margin targets and commercial strategy.
- Manage and enhance pricing governance frameworks, including price book integrity and trade agreement compliance.
- Analyze pricing, cost, and customer profitability to identify opportunities for price realization and margin expansion.
FP&A & Business Partnering

- Partner with FP&A and Commercial leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Provide insights into revenue and margin drivers, including pricing, mix, and cost variances.
- Support transfer pricing activities between Canada and the USA in alignment with corporate policies.
Analytics & Insights (RGM Focus)
- Track and report key Revenue Growth Management KPIs (price realization, discounting, mix, margin performance).
- Develop actionable insights to improve commercial effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities across customers, products, and channels.
Pricing Operations & Governance
- Validate and maintain pricing data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review and resolve pricing discrepancies on sales orders to prevent revenue leakage.
- Manage Trade Agreements (TAs), ensuring compliance with contractual pricing and margin expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Regulatory, and Customer Service to ensure alignment on costing, pricing, and product setup
- Act as a trusted advisor on pricing-related matters, balancing financial objectives with commercial realities.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enhance business visibility.
- Prepare regular reporting on pricing activities (e.g., quote pipeline, pending approvals).
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within pricing and reporting workflows.
