Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Mississauga

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role

This position will support the North American marketing team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other departments such as Sales, Product Management, R&D, Operations and executive leadership to collaborate and deliver on key business objectives. Your ability to build strong partnerships, own project timelines, think outside the box to deliver tangible impacts and be willing to experiment with new tools and techniques will be essential to driving results and supporting Caldic’s customer-focused and solutions-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Trade Show Logistics: Assist with materials, shipping, and on-site coordination
• Content & Creative: Support basic design tasks and social media scheduling
• Sales Enablement: Maintain and update Showpad content 
• Inventory Giveaway Management: Track and fulfill internal requests for branded materials 
• Administrative Support: Assist with reporting and project coordination

Skills

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus 
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (event materials) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
