About the Role
The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for developing, implementing and orchestrating the supply chain for BrandNu Laboratories US operations. This role will drive improvements in our supply chain operations and will work closely with all functions both locally and globally to help ensure supply continuity for our customers. In this role, you will manage a team by setting tactical objectives and ensuring these are achieved as well as managing complex issues that require complex analysis and extensive alignment across functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrates the supply chain working cross functionally (Warehouse, Quality, Production, Finance, Business Development) to create and execute the plan to achieve BNL’s OTIF targets
- Ensures import/export documentation is compliance allowing for materials to be delivered to markets on time
- Inventory management - Evaluates and establishes policies for min-max quantities of stock items, assists with physical inventories and cycle counting to ensure accurate ERP system information
- Transportation management – leads team to source transportation providers, deliver cost savings, manage inbound freight, and schedule trucks (BNL and freight carriers) for shipment to customers
- Planning – leads team to design, develop, and execute planning for demand, supply, production, inventory, and transportation
- Owner of supply chain security programs (i.e. CTPAT)
- ERP system owner including supporting access requests
- Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for key customers along with leading account management team that has daily interactions with customers
- Develops and maintains meaningful reports (including KPI metrics) that highlight the performance and create process efficiencies
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement culture and projects for the organization
- Implements and facilitates monthly S&OP process
Skills
- End to end supply chain experience including planning, transportation, order to cash, and warehousing

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business (supply chain), or a related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain
- Experience using ERP systems
- Pharma experience preferred
- Strong business process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments both local and global
