Internal Sales & Sales Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales & Sales Support Representative to support our Personal & Home Care (PHC) Team.

The Internal Sales & Sales Support Representative role is a dual-role position, with a focus on Internal Sales (approximately 70%) and managing a portfolio of small customers and Sales Support (approximately 30%)for the PHC Team. The role is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive customer engagement, order management and relationship building, while also supporting inventory planning, supplier coordination, reporting and administration sales function to help achieve portfolio sales targets.

Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred experience with JDE, Dynamics, or CRM systems
• Demonstrated strong analytical capability and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Practical strong problem-solving abilities with good organisational skills
• Positive, proactive mindset with a supportive and accountable work ethic and customer-centric attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and strengthen relationships across all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
