About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader Customer Care to lead our Nordic team of approximately 10 colleagues. Your main office will be at our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art site in Malmö.

 

In this role, you will lead, coach and develop the Customer Care team in the Nordic region. We are searching for a doer, who is not only driving improvements but also actively participating in daily operations and supporting the team where needed.

 

A key part of your mission will be to create aligned, structured and efficient processes for the team. While some processes are already in place, you will take the lead in developing new ones, ensuring consistency, quality and strong internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Customer Care team in the Nordics
  • Analyze, Improve and align processes for all sales‑order‑related activities
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear, followed and updated when needed
  • Monitor and improve sales order quality in the ERP system
  • Act as ERP super user and first‑line support for Customer Care
  • Regularly step in to support Customer Care operations and provide backup functions
  • Ensure compliance with Management System procedures
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen cross‑functional cooperation

Skills

You bring a mix of leadership experience, customer‑centric mindset and strong process orientation. You enjoy working both strategically and operationally, and you are motivated by creating clarity, structure and teamwork.

 

You have a background in Customer Care, back office or sales, supported by higher education or equivalent experience. With leadership experience, you guide your team confidently while staying close to daily operations. You have solid economic understanding, strong IT skills—especially ERP(D365) and Excel—and communicate well in English and Swedish /Danish. Is considered an additional merit if you speak or understand more than one of the Nordic languages.

 

You’re driven and results‑oriented, with a natural ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment. You combine analytical thinking with accuracy and a positive, service‑minded approach. You enjoy collaboration, contribute to a strong team spirit, and are motivated by continuous improvement.
