We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Operations team in Malmö. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of production and raw materials while balancing customer requirements, production capacity, and inventory levels.

 

Together with the planning team you will be responsible for managing end-to-end production planning, maintaining accurate ERP data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving actions to secure performance and delivery reliability. We are looking for a self-driven professional who enjoys working both strategically and operationally, with a strong focus on structure, communication, and results.

 

A key part of your mission will be to proactively identify risks and constraints, take ownership of solutions, and ensure that all stakeholders remain informed and aligned. You will act as an important link between Production, Supply Planning and Customer Care.

 

The role is placed in Malmö, in our brand new site and innovation hub.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end internal and external production planning based on demand forecasts and customer requirements.

·       Take proactive ownership of the production plan by identifying risks, constraints, and deviations, and driving corrective actions when needed.

·       Maintain and update master data in the ERP system, ensuring accurate production and material information.

·       Create, release, and manage production work orders and monitor execution.

·       Collaborate closely with Supply Planning to ensure material availability aligns with production requirements.

·       Communicate delivery status, production deviations, and recovery plans with Customer Care to ensure timely customer updates.

·       Monitor and drive OTIF (On Time In Full) performance to meet customer expectations.

·       Coordinate product transfers from external warehouses to support production and customer demand.

·       Provide production teams with planning information, priorities, and packing instructions.

·       Purchasing packaging materials for the production.

·       Forecast, order and communicate with External production sites.

·       Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and production processes.

Job Requirements

·       Education in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in Production Planning or a similar role.

·       Experience from the food industry is considered an advantage.

·       Experience working in ERP systems and other business-related IT systems, D365 is preferred.

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish or Danish, as well as English.
