About the Role

Do you want to work close to customers and drive growth across the Nordic region?

We are looking for a commercially strong Product Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic principals within food ingredients. You will act as the link between the market, customers, suppliers, and our Nordic sales team – and play a key role in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Close collaboration with sales and frequent customer visits
🔹 Responsibility for negotiations, budgeting, and product strategy
🔹 Drive Market Development Plans and commercial initiatives
🔹 Act as a sparring partner for sales with both technical and commercial insights

Job Requirements

A highly commercial, customer-facing role

You will spend a significant amount of time with customers alongside our sales team and should expect approximately 60 travel days per year across the Nordic region.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Has experience from the food industry (preferably ingredients)
✔ Is commercially driven and thrives in a customer-facing role
✔ Combines technical understanding with strong business acumen
✔ Is relationship-oriented and results-driven
