About the Role

Het doel van de functie is Safety Data informatie te controleren en actueel houden in onze systemen. Ervoor zorgen dat we in compliance zijn met van toepassing zijnde wet- en regelgeving.
Het aanmaken van een SDS en een nieuw artikel in het ERP systeem is onderdeel van de functie.

Key Responsibilities

• Het aanmaken en beheren van artikelen in het ERP systeem, deze controleren en beheren.
• Beoordelen en verwerken van Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in ons SDS systeem.
• Het beantwoorden van vragen aangaande wet- en regelgeving (gericht op de SDS).
• Contact met Caldic collega’s “All over the world” om artikelen correct in het product portfolio op te kunnen nemen.
• Op de hoogte blijven van (veranderingen) in wet- en regelgeving en deze implementeren binnen Caldic.

Job Requirements

• Opleidingsniveau: ASO/TSO of Bachelor, bijvoorkeur in de richting Chemie / Biochemie / Fysica / Wetenschappen / Wiskunde / Milieuzorg/...
• 0 - 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van kwaliteit of chemie.
• Talen: Nederlands en Engels (nice-to-have: Frans).
• Sterk administratief onderlegd.
• Goede kennis van Excel, WORD en Outlook.
