About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, and compliance processes. The role involves handling financial reporting, invoice processing, reconciliations, revenue collection, budgeting support, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts reconciliation, financial documentation, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and finance activities.
• Communicate with customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of receivables and treasury challans.
• Prepare AR reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Support compliance of statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial databases.
• Assist in financial analysis and cost control initiatives.

Skills

  Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

  Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Commerce along with CA/ACCA part  qualification

  2–5 years of experience in finance/accounts functions.
