Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for selling specialty Personal & Health care ingredients to the every category of end user in Cosmetics manufacturing.
- The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for their own Region.
- Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
- Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Sales Manager.
- Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries.
Skills
- Candidate should be B. BSc. Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
