Cleanroom Operator 4

About the Role

This role is for an evening shift role from 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday to Friday.

The primary responsibility of the Cleanroom Operator is to perform various tasks associated with the repackaging of biological products including but not limited to the set-up, operation, general maintenance of various equipment used in the Cleanroom, Visual inspection, rejection, and repackaging of pharma products and excipients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and Processing of Repackaging Materials
• Adhere to strict GMP Guidelines.
• Document job tasks as required on the Batch Record (BR), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document or other acceptable form(s)
• Provide input into the creation and maintenance of area SOPs and batch records.
• Assist in facility start up, installation and validation activities to support the introduction of new products.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain department housekeeping at an optimal level in the production area i.e. the cleanroom.
• Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Skills

• Ability to work independently, and/or as a member of a team in a dynamic, environment that requires flexibility and initiative.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Previous cleanroom experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
