About the Role
Job Purpose
The Product Manager plays a central role in driving the commercial development of our industrial portfolio focusing on CASC market segments. This position is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that our industrial solutions are effectively positioned to meet customer and market needs.
A key element of the role is acting as the primary link between our suppliers and the commercial organization. The Product Manager develops and executes business plans for assigned suppliers and product lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market dynamics. This includes providing structured performance updates, market insights, and development reports to both suppliers and internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and TasksSupplier & Product Management
- Develop and execute business plans for assigned suppliers and product lines.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability across all segments.
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products or solutions to strengthen market position.
- Ensure product information, technical data, and commercial documentation are accurate and up to date alongside the technical team.
- Support the sales organisation with product expertise, training, and commercial guidance.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Product Group Leader to define pricing strategies and margin targets.
- Track KPIs such as margin, volume, pipeline development, and supplier performance.
- Regular contact with supplier with Supplier Meeting Report in CRM and Scorecard Implementation and ManagementPresent insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- dentify new business opportunities and support the development of cross‑segment sales strategies tracking and driving through the CRM Pipeline.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
- Provide regular internal updates on product performance, opportunities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate product forecasts, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure regular follow up of Product Sales Targets by Customer Development Manager.
- Increase intimacy of Caldic with Key Suppliers
- Organise product training new launches and product refreshers to Customer Development Managers – supporting the product strategy
- Arrange joints visits with Customer Development Managers to support maintaining business and growing opportunity pipeline
- Manage and negotiate contracts and ensure existing agreements are upheld
- Responsible for the product inventory (level / stock rotation according to sales).

- Minimum 2 years relevant commercial experience
