Job Title: Sales support

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role

The Sales Support will support the team in all of administrative works including dealing with the customer directly as applicable.  This role can help and facilitate all of daily work for commercial team to run as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations
• Prepare price change form and update Price book
• Create new customers and amendment customer in CMM Agile point
• Liaising with customers and suppliers on a case-by-case basis
• Processing quality documentation and certificates
• Create new vendor and vendor amendment
• Process export samples to other countries
• Setting up new products and new suppliers in our MDM system
• Entering documents and information into CRM system
• Collation of data into required reports
• Minute of meeting
• Sending samples, brochures and product specific data to customers
• Compile purchase / Sales statistics
• Support and coordinate for trade show and seminar preparations  
• Support travel expense reports
• Prepare PR and coordinate with other party
• Any other administrative jobs that may be assigned by Industry Manager

Skills

• Good command of English ( writing, speaking and reading )
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Power Point)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Service Mind, positive attitude and proactive
• Fast response on any request from Team.
• Results orientated with high drive and need for achievement
• Manage job priorities to achieve their objective, participate and join with teamwork activities

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
