Regional Digital Solutions Manager
About the Role
The Regional Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering assigned regional digital initiatives in line with the strategy and priorities set by the Regional Digital Solutions Director.
This role focuses on execution excellence—translating defined digital roadmaps into well-delivered projects and solutions, managing day-to-day delivery, stakeholders, and vendors, and ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Regional Digital Solutions Manager will drive the execution of key digital initiatives such as the Principal Portal, SPARK and Customer Portal project by working closely with Regional Digital Solutions, Global Digital, IT and commercial & function teams to develop solutions/ tools and successfully execution.
The individual in this role will manage the project, identify sub-projects and resources to support the assigned initiatives as per the roadmap and develop projects framework by collaborating with other functions. This position will be responsible for process and tools development to ensure the portal runs smoothly and manage the portal regular basis.
In addition, this role will engage and collaborate with the target principals, customers and relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure to create value through the portal and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Digital team to develop APAC Digital roadmap in alignment with APAC Strategy and Global Digital Roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects under director oversight
- Own day-to-day project execution including:
- Timeline and milestone tracking
- Dependency management
- Risk and issue tracking
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and escalation materials for the Director
- Support budget tracking and vendor cost control
- Drive and coordinate User Adoption & Change Support
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities
- Support change and adoption activities including:
- User guides and training materials
- Post-go-live support and stabilization
- Gather user feedback and recommend incremental improvements
- Vendor & Delivery Partner Management
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with external vendors and delivery partners
- Monitor vendor performance against:
- Agreed scope and timelines
- Quality and deliverables
- Escalate performance or delivery risks to the Director
Skills

Job Requirements
- Degree in related topic.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital solutions, project management, business technology or commercial roles
- Proven experience delivering digital projects in a complex business environment
- Experience working with cross-functional and multi-country stakeholders
- Experience in matrix organizations preferred
- Strong background working with commercial and business stakeholders

- CRM, portals, or digital platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Salesforce)
