About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming data into business insights and driving supply chain excellence across a dynamic regional network?
We're looking for a Regional Demand Planner to join our APAC Supply Chain team, supporting Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing demand forecasting, inventory performance, and cross-functional planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
Reporting to the Demand Planner Team Leader, APAC, you'll work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to support business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for your assigned markets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand and supply plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Support the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and proactively identify supply chain risks.
- Analyze sales trends, market data, and promotional activities to improve forecasting models.
- Deliver actionable insights and reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives within demand planning.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar supply chain planning role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Regional or multi-country demand planning experience, particularly within APAC, is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English. Additional APAC language skills are an advantage.
