Customer Services Representatives
About the Role
Customer Services Department is an important engine part to support our business. The role of the Customer Services Representative is mainly to provide a beyond expectation services to both of internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customer to meet with their sales order, including customer requirements and their expectation
- Coordinate with oversea customer for exporting activities to satisfy with their requirements
- Involve directly on relationship building/maintaining with customers and suppliers
- Create and maintain customer database for analysis and planning
- Proceed Order management including Sales order creation, invoicing, delivery scheduling and CN/DN issuance or product replacement at cost effective manner.
- Responsible for the accuracy and completely information and any document
- To participate and comply with all relevant QHSE legal and other requirements including others that concerns of Customers, suppliers and Contractors associated with the job functions and responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration/customer services of the related industry
- Experience background in coordinate with shipping, cargo or logistic businesses preferred
- Good command of English, writing, speaking and reading
- Computer literate, and experience in JDE will be added advantage
