Job Title: Customer Services Representative

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About the Role

To provide a beyond expectation services to both of internal and external customers.  

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer to meet with their sales order, including customer requirements and their expectation
• Proceed Order management including Sales order creation, invoicing, delivery scheduling and CN/DN issuance or product replacement at cost effective manner.
• Responsible for the accuracy and completely information and any document
• To participate and comply with all relevant QHSE legal and other requirements including others that concerns of Customers, suppliers and Contractors associated with the job functions and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration/customer services of the related industry
• Experience background in coordinate with shipping, cargo or logistic businesses preferred
• Good command of English, writing, speaking and reading
• Computer literate, and experience in JDE will be added advantage
