Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers to meet with their sales order, including customer requirements and their expectations.
  • Coordinate with oversea customer for exporting activities to satisfy their requirements
  • Involve directly on relationship building/maintaining with customers and suppliers
  • Create and maintain customer database for analysis and planning
  • Proceed Order management including Sales order creation, invoicing, delivery scheduling and CN/DN issuance or product replacement at cost effective manner.
  • Coach CSR team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving overall team performance. 
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse to manage daily sales orders strategically, minimizing transportation costs and optimizing logistics operations
  • Responsible for the accuracy and complete information and any document
  • Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
  • To participate and comply with all relevant QHSE legal and other requirements including others that concerns of Customers, suppliers and Contractors associated with the job functions and responsibilities.

About the Role

 

You will be responsible for placing and managing customer orders and dealing with our customers on a daily basis across Thailand.  You will also be responsible for ensuring the logistics to your customers runs smoothly, dealing with warehouses and freight companies.  You will be working closely with our shipping team, who places orders with suppliers and manages shipments from overseas. Your role will be keeping customers up to date using the information from the shipping team.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration/customer services of the related industry
  • Familiar with specialty chemical / ingredient distribution
  • Experience background in coordinating with shipping, cargo or logistic businesses preferred
  • Good command of English, writing, speaking and reading
  • Computer literate, and experience in JDE will be added advantage
  • Proactive high-service mindset.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills
  • Organization, analytical & prioritization skills.  Able to multi-task under time pressure
  • Ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups proactively and effectively
