Senior Accountant (General Accountant)

Job Title: Senior Accountant (General Accountant)

Location: HCMC, Viet Nam

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

•    Month end book closure.
•    Preparing monthly journals to book to JDEs.
•    Non-trade AP check, book purchases/ OPEX & payments.
•    Monitoring commission/ claim receivables.
•    Budget and forecast – assistance.
•    Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated.
•    Working with auditors on interim/ year-end audit and preparation of the relevant audit schedules.
•    VAT input JDE monthly report, VAT reports.
•    CIT quarterly report & annual finalization.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 3-year experiences worked for multinational companies in General Accountant position.
• Experience in working with ERP system (JDE is a plus). Have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power Point.
• Good team works with excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
